PRICE LIST OF SERVICES AND CONTRACTUAL PENALTIES
A) Fee schedule
1. Registration fees
• in the amount set out in Annex 2 to Masaryk University Directive No.
11/2014 Masaryk University Library Rules (hereinafter referred to as “MU
library rules”)
2. Other fees
a) copying and printing within SUPO (System for the Payment of Entitlements
to Persons):
• prices are set by the Institute of Computer Science of Masaryk
University
b) CoD (Copy on Demand):
• 1 A4 page: CZK 2
• 1 A3 page: CZK 4
c) interlibrary loan service:
• xerox A4: CZK 2
d) ring binding:
• up to 270 sheets: CZK 25
e) thermal imprint:
• up to 250 sheets: CZK 25
f) metal binding:
• up to 230 sheets: CZK 40
• binding modifications (replacement of pages): CZK 10
g) clearing out the self-service locker:
• CZK 50
h) loss of a library document:
• for each library document: CZK 200 [*]
[*] The purchase price of the document will be added to the amount if it can be
determined from the accounting records; otherwise the standard (market) price
(corresponding to the current price on the book market) will be charged; for
documents published before 1990, the standard (market) price is always
stated.
B) Contractual penalties for delay
The contractual penalty for user delay in returning a library document is per overdue
library document depending on the category of the loan:
• attendance loan: in the amount specified in Annex 2 of the MU Library Regulations
• absentee loan: in the amount specified in Annex 2 of the MU Library Regulations
• long-term loan: CZK 5 CZK/day
