| Description | Our country ranks among the most developed countries in the world for the availability and quality of obstetrics and peripartum care. This fact also leads to a low number of acute or gynecological cases in pre-hospital care. Therefore, in these conditions, a general practitioner with extramural labor or massive gynecological bleeding is much less common than with a stroke or current coronary syndromes. A very specific issue is the births outside the medical facility, whether planned or rapid. |
