| Description | In this work I reply to Professor Materna's objections to my work Identity, Modality, and Time. I argue that Lewis' possible worlds are concrete objects; the indexical conception of the actual worlds is implausible; modality de re is not reducible to modality de dicto only on the condition that we accept flexible domain of individuals; we must accept flexible domain in order to explain contingency of material objects. |
