How to apply

Important dates of the admission procedure

  • every year from August 1st until November 30th / from January 1st until April 30th

    Submit your application

    When submitting an electronic application (no other form is possible), you will also be able to check the conditions for admission to the chosen study programme. You have four months to submit your application.

    The fee for one application at the Faculty of Arts is 600 CZK. You can submit as many applications as you want, but you have to pay for each of them separately.

  • December 17 – December 21, 2018

    Wait for a letter

    Please check in your e-application whether it is complete, i.e. paid for and confirmed. We will then send you an invitation letter to the Field-specific Test.

  • January 14 – January 31, 2019

    Coming to the exam

    The entrance examination for the follow-up Master’s degree study programme may take various forms. See the individual study programmes for details.

  • January – February, 2019

    Read the results

    We will send a letter announcing the decision of acceptance or rejection at the beginning of July.

  • January and February

    Enrolment

    Once you have received the decision on your acceptance to the study programme, you will also receive an enrolment invitation. You only become a student of the Faculty of Arts after your enrolment.
