| Popis | A conference presentation dealing with the translation of The Tale of Genji in contemporary Japanese film, namely in Murasaki Shikibu Genji Monogatari (1987), Sennen no Koi: Hikaru Genji Monogatari (2001) and Genji Monogatari: Sennen no Nazo (2011). Possible methods of determining the importance of ladies appearing in the original story were discussed. |
