| Popis | In the chapter, images of the Czech/Slavic 'other' which can be found in German fiction from Prague, Bohemia and Moravia in the 19th and 20th c., are given account of. In more detail, the topoi of the 'Bohemian lover' and the 'Bohemian servant' are focused. These topoi are not captured as once-for-all set stereotypes, but as differentiated landscapes, changed according to the function of the alterities for their users. |
