| Popis | From March to June 2017, a group of 12 pilgrims – students of Masaryk University and myself as their tutor – crossed “medieval” France on foot. The goal of the 1540-km pilgrimage was not to create any “living history experience, but to try to understand if a prolonged movement would transform our perception of the medieval object. In parallel, we wished to share our experience, through short movies, with a larger audience. The project was life-changing in many ways: our one bodies were transformed by the experience, our perception of the past monuments as well, but the most unexpected transformation was certainly the dialogue with the local and global communities we met during our travels. |
