Popis | I analyze two accounts of vague objects, Baker's constitution account and Wilson's determinable-based account. I argue that, in spite of Wilson's claim that the two accounts fall into radically different categories, they are similar in important respects. I also argue that even though both authors claim that their accounts do not commit them to indeterminate identity, the application of the accounts to diachronic identity puzzles shows that the accounts do not have the resources to avoid indeterminate identity. |
