| Popis | The article investigates 1) the magical power of Saint Faith created by his movements, as the various apologists tell after the year one thousand, starting from the transfer of his relics to Conques 2) how the processions are perceived as sanctifying of men and countryside in the Rouergue region; 3) the very notion of movement, focusing in particular on the question of whether in the medieval world we can not consider as a sort of procession a quite different kind of collective movement: that of pilgrimage. |
