Popis | Morality and human behavior are at stake, when there is someone who wants to modify them. According to the most of the people shaping human morality is possible when it comes to big long-term projects as education, but the idea that urban design or simple tools can shape it is not spread yet. In my paper I will argue that one‘s morality and his/her behavior can be shaped by many tools, which can occur in public spaces – the very heart of each city‘s bloodstream. After presenting the theory hidden behind this idea, I will show different realized projects and describe the used tools. From the very known examples I will try to go lower, to the local projects, which can be unknown to the worldwide audience. The main inference of my paper is to present the existing tools and to open the following question: Is it morally right for the local authorities to use such tools without informing the public about the consequences of those actions? |
