| Popis | The review comments on a book that presents the relationship between Italian linguists active between the two wars and Italian nationalist politics. It shows how nationalism and centralism in Italy, confused with patriotism, did not begin only after the handing over of the government to fascism, as well as how nationalisms limited linguistic research in Europe in the first half of the 20th century and in the previous decades. |
