| Popis | The paper briefly describes how journal criticism of translation developed in Czechoslovakia and Czech Republic in the second half of the 20th century. Further, the focus is laid on the development of popular translation criticism in the last 15 years, from 2005 to 2020. The paper deals with the main venues for popular translation criticism, the challenges these venues face, and who exactly is involved in translation criticism in the Czech Republic at present. |
