The Indo-European motif of “Celestial wedding” : the solar bride and lunar bridegroom

• Popis: This contribution summarizes fragments of mythological texts from three Indo-European traditions: Vedic, Greek and Baltic, where appear traces of the motif of “Celestial wedding”. The parallel sujets identified in the texts are compared with results of the etymological analysis, applied to the mythological names of the main personages.
