| Popis | Public registers provide an indispensable database for the effective management and brokerage of real estate. As the associated data processing often does not result in contact being made, data controllers are faced with the question of how to comply with data protection information obligations. This article will take a closer look at the duty to provide information in accordance with Art. 14 GDPR with reference to publicly accessible sources as the origin of data, with a focus on explaining the need to protect published data and relevant exemptions to the relevant duty to provide information. |
