| Popis | At the start of the autumn semester of 2024, the doctoral students of the Department of Auxiliary Historical Sciences and Archive Studies, in cooperation with the Brno Student Section of the Czech Archival Society (BSS ČAS), are organizing for the first time a Paleographic Workshop. It will be in the form of a one-day event. The goal of the workshop is to help students from all fields and levels who work with historical sources effectively refresh the basics of palaeography after the summer holidays. The program will focus on medieval, early modern, and modern written sources. For several semesters, the Palaeography Club has been a place for regular meetings with students from all historical fields at the Faculty of Arts. It focuses on both medieval and modern written sources. |
