| Popis | An analysis of the denominations of certain crimes in the legal Spanish of various countries was presented, illustrating how specific terminologies and concepts vary according to local legislation. Through the analysis of terms such as breaking and entering, omission of the duty to assist and femicide, the terminological diversity in the criminal codes of eight Spanish-speaking countries is observed. In addition, translation resources are explored to assess their accuracy and usefulness in dealing with these diatopic variations, with the aim of identifying effective strategies for legal translation. |
