| Popis | The book is the result of a meeting of international and interdisciplinary studies on the subject of the narrative and its representation, with speeches on the art of ancient Rome and especially on Italy in the late Middle Ages and early Renaissance. Art historians and literary scholars met to discuss some key issues: the issue of representation of space and time, the use of the word written in figurative structures and, conversely, the use of the image support or integration of a text in a word, the constant attempt to represent the visual arts beyond the limits of its immobility, and, conversely, the desire of the literature to express in an instant as the figurative and literary discourse can not that make using a story a long time. |
