Late Middle Ages German historiographical texts from Bohemia - A philological analysis, electronic edition

Preliminary schedule
In the first year mainly heuristics is to be made – a detailed overview of the relevant text sources as well as bibliography will be elaborated. Based on this data the appropriate texts will be chosen for the detailed analysis. In the next phase the digitisation of the sources will begin.
The main part of the second year of the project will be preparing of the machine-readable versions of the selected texts on the basis of available editions or eventually using the manuscripts. The following investigations will deal with the comprehensive analysis of the texts. At the same time the material will be gradually prepared for the on-line publication.
In the final year the material should be completed and edited for use with the web interface. Furthermore the synthesizing overview of the topic will be prepared.
