Covid-19 test records and reporting a stay abroad
Positive Covid-19 Test Record
All students must report a positive test for SARS-CoV-2, quarantine or contact with a positive person via the Coronavirus application in IS MU.
Vaccination/Covid-19 Recovery certificate
Upload your vaccination certificate (from an EMA or WHO approved vaccination, with at least 14 days having passed since the final dose) or a proof that you have recovered from Covid-19 in the past 180 days, to the Coronavirus application in IS MU to the section "Add another record".
Reporting a stay abroad
Students returning/arriving from abroad must report their return to the Czech Republic in Coronavirus application in IS MU if they plan to enter MU buildings within 14 days after their arrival.
Exceptions: students who are two weeks past the completion of their vaccinations or 180 days past their illness.
