Scholarship for courses of Czech for Foreigners
The Dean of Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, awards six three-month scholarships and the Department of Czech for Foreigners four, each worth 8 000 CZK per month for studying Czech language, literature and culture.
These scholarships always run from October to December of the academic year and are intended for students of foreign universities (Czech studies).
Applicants should have a good knowledge of Czech language in order to be able to follow the lectures and attend seminars conducted in Czech.

Scholarship for Summer School of Slavonic (Czech) Studies
Each year, the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports offer scholarships for participation in the Summer Schools of Slavonic Studies. These Czech language courses are organized by several public universities in the Czech Republic including Masaryk University and designed for foreign students, teachers, translators and interpreters and other experts active in the field of Czech/Slavonic studies.
