Eva Rusínová and Yana Dmyterchuk: A Ukrainian is not equal to a cleaner, a Ukrainian is not equal to a bricklayer

Since the first days of the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the MU Faculty of Arts has been offering help with language teaching to war refugees. "There are many educated people among Ukrainian refugees, and it is important for us to explain that not every Ukrainian is a cleaner and not every Ukrainian is a bricklayer," said Eva Rusínová, head of the Division of Czech for Foreigners. She will talk more about this in the Reading Room with her colleague Yana Dmyterchuk.

The event is part of the accompanying program to the exhibition of Jaroslav Pulicar's photographs East of Brno. FF MU would like to symbolically support battle-stricken Ukraine with the exhibition and the accompanying program.
