They were taken there by the suburban camp of the Department of Classical Studies of the Faculty of Arts MU. Thanks to it, the children learned to sail on the sea, to move nimbly in a jib, to build a Trojan horse, to organize chariot races and much more.
In the second week of July, the faculty premises traditionally came alive with the summer educational event of the Department of Classical Studies for children and youth in the form of a suburban camp. Its organisers had prepared a brand new adventure for the children: for a whole week the little heroes were preparing for the expedition to the Trojan War, which they eventually took part in, helped the Greeks to victory and received a well-deserved share of the spoils of war.
