The goal of the project is to add compact information resources to the library of essential scientific resources on informatics and make this information center easily accessible to the scientific community. This is to be achieved by developing a newly-created dialogue-based user system. The system will be web based and will offer a substantially higher degree of user comfort than standard search and information systems. Developing of a automatic assessment system is also part of the project. This system will support the future expansion of the information centre and monitoring and assessment of users' profiles. The user system will be based on the experience with natural-language dialogue systems and will create conditions for gaining information via the telephone network and for the visually impaired. On the completion of the project the dialogue and the assessment systems will be offered to other libraries.
