The aim of the project is to support gifted students of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral study programmes of educational specialization at Masaryk University in the form of professional competition. Particular focus is on the creation of conditions for systematic support to talented students in writing specialist articles. The project offers young gifted students valuable professional experience in writing academic texts and creates their first articles for publishing in specialist pedagogical journals. The formal framework of the project is a competition of specialist educational articles, open to all MU students.

Results

In the project there were no major changes in the general level. The project was implemented according to the planned shedule. The main goal of the project was to organize student competiton as a platform for their development. The competition was open for all student at Masaryk Univerzity in three categories work with educational themes (1. Undergraduate students, 2. Students master´s programs, 3. Doctoral students). 34 works has signed to the nomination round, which was organized in parrallel to the three faculties at MU. The jury which was composed of representatives of the organizing faculties chose the best works in the final round. The final round was held 19. 11. 2014 at the Department of educational sciences at the Faculty of Arts. Disbursement of funds was in line with the plan. The budget has been reimburesed to organize the final round, the reward for successful students in each category, the rewards for work trainers and members of the jury.
