Studium úlohy serotoninu (5-HT) a jednotlivých podtypů 5-HT receptorů v mozku při vzniku závislosti a abstinenčních příznaků po látkách vyvolávajících závislost (benzodiazepiny,kokain,kanabinoidy) zavedenou metodu "agonistického chování myší".
