The project builds on previous research on the relationship between job performance and various characteristics that influence it. It consists of three studies. The first examines the role of work using information technology on the relationship between self-efficacy awareness and recovery. The second is devoted to the development and validation of a method to measure additional work through information technology. The third perceived gender diversity/homogeneity as factors influencing performance at work in online environments.
