The project intends to deepen on the need for the implementation of international relations offices in the Tunisian universities and other public administrations, transmitting not only basic aspects of the UE and its functioning, programs of higher education institutions from Europe and the rest of the world, but also the know-how of the European universities taking part and the experience of the LARGER European university network, Compostela Group of Universities (CGU: a non-profit society, meeting point for the exchange of policies and problems of 79 European universities).
