Description | The aim of this project was to detect needs and problem areas of treachers and to find real possibilities of improving quality of education at Masaryk s university. In the initial, qualitative, part of this project: 31 interviews with MUNI teachers were accompished and based on qualitative analyses a quatinnairy has been created. In the second, quantitative, part of this study; all teacher (n = 2212) were involved and asked to fil in the quationnairy. 489 respondets answered. As a result we detected problems areas of educational systém at MUNI, teachers content and significance of these areas, we analyzed links between individual items and we also maped teachers attitued towards suggested changes. |
