Description	The book is devoted to Professor E. Ruśkowski, the important scientist and educator, and issues of legal regulation of public financial activity in the context of the European Union. The publication presents the current state of financial law, particularly in the states of the Visegrad and points to the external factors that influence trends in framing financial law. The general part also deals contract on stability, coordination and governance in the economic and monetary union. His site has an insight into the history and use of historical experience in shaping financial law. A special section is focused on the issue of public finances, taxes and duties.
