| Description | The article defines the role of the social educator in the educational system and the social sphere of the Czech Republic. This article compares an experts knowledge and research aspects of the individual authors, with their experience from the Russian Federation which was received during their research internship at Kamchatka State University of Vitus Bering. The article focuses more closely on the development of social pedagogy, educational conditions for social educator, application of their knowledge and competencies to address social problems. |
