| Description | The study introduces the theories about the origin of Milicius de Chremsir focusing on two so far most respected approaches - the theory that seeks to prove that Milicius came from Kroměříž, and the theory which traces Milicius's early life to Tečovice. The author proves that at present there are no persuasive grounds for the claim that Milicius was born in Kroměříž and presents Tečovice as the most probable place of Milicius's origin. |
