| Description | This contribution deals with reception peculiarities of Karel Čapek’s Apocryphal Tales in Russian cultural area. This problem is closely connected with some evident changes of modern society’s perception of a canon formed by the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. The contribution analyzes the context of Soviet and Russian readers’ reception taking into consideration these changes which, inter alia, resulted in the reception of apocrypha as a variant of a new genre of fan fiction. |
