| Description | Paper points out that the basis of user’s security when working with ICT is constituted by its behaviour. This is based on a comparison with the possibilities of other security measures such as security software (e.g. antivirus, firewalls), or the legislation and its application in repression. At the same time it is reasoned that a librarian is near to education about information safety, because he or she seeks to lead to effective and appropriate behaviour when using ICT and information transmitted by them. |
