| Description | In the present article its author analyzes the book written by a Czech specialist in Soviet studies in the interwar period, lawyer and economist Břetislav Palkovský, the reflection of his journey to the U.S.S.R. in 1935. A special attention is paid to his evaluation of the cultural conceptions of the country in which the strong and weak aspects of his position determined by the International context are being revealed. |
