| Description | In September 2010 the Department of French Language and Literature, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, an international scientific conference on Europe Central, Carrefour des cultures dans la tradition littéraire II (Central Europe, a crossroads of cultures in the literary tradition II). Twenty-five participants from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, France, Spain and Hungary jointly work on exploring various aspects of the interpenetration of cultures between East and West. Entries through its focus cover the period from the Middle Ages to the 21st century. Published proceedings are an important contribution to further study of intercultural relations, both in Central and Western Europe. |
