Description	The Czech energy sector happens to be between two ambivalent currents of thoughts. This article speculates about why is the Czech energy sector where it is and what could be the limits of dynamic development. The article defines five prerequisites that make up a certain unspoken background of the Czech energy sector. In our opinion, consciously or unconsciously, the relevant persons decide within these prerequisites.
