Description The aim of the is ptimization of extraction technique-solid phase extraction (SPE) followed by HPLC-MS-MS with derivatisation of analytes by dansylchloride. Analysed compounds are estrone (E1)-beta-estradiol (E2), ethyne-lestradiol (EE2) and estriol (E3), which have the highest estrogenic potentials. In connection with the quantitative determination of estrogens, the effects of various matrices have been studied on the signal in the MS detector. The output is the evaluation of matrix effects.
