Description This essay exemplifies this field of law with view to universities and professional chambers. One common trait is the rather general character of the rules of statute law concerning property and the management of the budget. This requires concrete rules enacted by the legal persons themselves (autonomous bye-laws). Statute law and bye-laws do not always harmonise. Especially in the field of professional chambers, shortcomings are quite shocking. Both chambers and the pertinent ministries are responsible for finding remedies.
