Description The article focusing on the autograph of the second book of the Chronica Aulae regiae (the Chronicle of Zbraslav), preserved under the signature Pal. Lat. 950 in the Vatican Library in Rome, seeks to describe what the author’s record tells us about the creative work of Petr of Žitava and about him as a literary author. The material for the study of this problem consists of the various text interventions, which the abbot of the monastery Aula regia (Zbraslav) made in the previously formulated and codex-inscribed wording of his historical work, especially the cuts and corrections, which impact the formal and content part of the created text.
