| Description | Questions of quality and level of cognitive functions of psychiatrie population háve been increasingly discussed in recent years. The highest interest is attracted by the field of patients with schizophreni which is also the focus of this study. Consequences of disruption of cognitive abilities are not only primary, related to functioning of modalities. Weakening of cognitive functions also has secondary impact especially on the ability to work and sociál functioning. The research filé contains 61 patients in the age 15-35 years with the F 20.0 diagnosis who were hospitalised at PK FN Brno. The neuropsychological battery contains Verbal Fluency Test, Auditory Verbal Learning Test, Trail Making test, Rey Ostereith figuře, the Informations subtest, Ordering of letters and numbers, and Symbols from Wechslers inteligence scales. Deterioration was evidenced in the area of psychomotoric speed and attention. Weakening of cognitive execution is shown in verbal and visual memory, and composit scores. |
