Description Case Formulation as a psychotherapy training and practice tool may provide both structure and necessary flexibility for its integration into a Personal Therapeutic Approach. Personal Therapeutic Approach involves both Case Formulation skills created through particular learning processes and adapted Case Formulation models. We will present results of an analysis of integrative Case Formulation skills gained during two years of the Training in Psychotherapy Integration. Our research uses different categories to grasp the trainees' gained skills. We will present a core category "Reflexive Capacity" which serves as a tool of understanding trainees‘experience. Crucial concepts within Case Formulation and Reflexive Capacity are elaborated after two years of Grounded Theory analysis.
