Description | Psychotherapeutic Case Formulation may provide both structure and flexibility that enable trainees of psychotherapeutic trainings to integrate specific skills or theories into their Personal Therapeutic Approach. Personal Therapeutic Approach involves both Case Formulation skills created through particular learning processes and adapted Case Formulation models. The current presentation will introduce an analysis of formulations created by trainees of the Training in Psychotherapy Integration. Crucial concepts will be elaborated after two years of Grounded Theory analysis. We will particularly focus on analysis development and its impacts upon presented results of the research. Engagement of one more researcher in the analysis yielded two complementary approaches to case formulation skills acquisition: view of “completeness” and “coherence”. |
