| Description | This paper focuses on a new legal regulation of administrative justice in Hungary, which is effective from 1st January 2013. This new legislation influences not only the institutional part, but also functional part of administrative justice. The article therefore primarily pays attention to how the structure of administrative justice in Hungary looks like in addition and in relation to own reform of justice as such. Subsequently, attention is paid to the folder and functional activities of the administrative justice, which in many respects is based on the underlying constitutional and administrative reforms. This paper also in some places compares the Hungarian legislation of judicial review with the Czech Republic, which highlights the differences and makes recommendations for future legislation. |
