Description Author focuses on the question of Czech elementary minority education in first Czechoslovak Republic in his paper. The aim of this contribution is to present the partial results of research on Everyday life of Czech elementary minority school in judicial district Usti nad Labem in years 1918-1938. Author uses in addition to traditional historic methods (Ranke, Bernheim) also the microanalytical or microhistorical approach, which is not based on current methodology of history of education. This concept of research provides the picture of everyday running of Czech elementary minority school in judicial district Usti nad Labem.
