| Description | The aim of the study was to look more deeply into some of the educational and psychological aspects of electronic learning. Intellectual styles of R. J. Sternberg's Mental Self-Government Theory were applied to explain the effects of e-learning at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic, transition economy. |
