| Description | The aging population and demographic projections raise questions of whether the current structure and quality of housing will ensure future senior housing that will meet their economic, health and social possibilities. The quality of life of seniors housing is an ongoing issue in all EU countries, where we meet with aging of the population. The aim of this paper is to assess the current state of housing policy focused on the target grope of seniors, assessment by pensioners (based on survey) and suggest possible options of housing for seniors with regard to their economic and health possibility. |
