Description The text is dealing with reflection of Roman law concerning dissolution of testament. Apart from drawing up and revocation of testament is the text dealing also with problems of synchronous validity of more testaments, which was posssible in Roman law only in case of military testament. This roman law excepiton became a rule in modern law. It is another example of modern civil codes inspiration by Roman military testament.
