Description California enacted the right to be forgotten. The law guarantees the right to remove content or information. The content or information must not necessarily contain personal data of a minor. The minors may remove the data if they are registered on the website. The right to be forgotten will be beneficial just to the minor who is a registered user, and only under certain conditions.
