| Description | In the chapter we would like to point out particular areas of acquiring skills as reading, writing, mathematic skills, attitudes and social behavior in people with specific learning difficulties in adolescence and adulthood. These specific skills influence personality of people with dyslexia in their adulthoodand also their chances to get and keep a job. They often suffer from a failure, because they are not accepted positively by their surroundings. The chapter describes examples of qualitative research realised with young adults and adults with specific learning difficulties. |
