This part refers to the relations among values, interests and needs of the law. The heart of the matter is the problems of legal norms and their values in the legal regulation. The characteristic qualities of the norms include the flexibility, continuity and stability. Legal norms guarantee especially the values in the society and stabilize the social relationships. |
